On May 12th and in the recent Advocate Magazine, Flagship Bank Minnesota was an active participant with the Minnesota Multi Housing Association.
At the May 12th Independents Day event, Jeremy Hoese and Brian Wagner discussed how Flagship Bank Minnesota is working to finance different types of investment properties. In particular, it was multifamily housing and 1-4 Family Investor Owned Residential Real Estate. We enjoyed reconnecting with familiar faces and meeting other rental property investors. It is always energizing to hear how others are investing in today’s marketplace.
