What happens after you hit submit

A first conversation puts you under no obligation.

We call you back. A trust officer, not a call center. We listen to the situation and tell you plainly whether a corporate trustee fits it. Sometimes the answer is that it does not, and we say so.
We read the document. The trust agreement or the will, whichever exists. If it is still being drafted, we work with your attorney while the language is being written.
We review before we accept. The terms, the assets, and the family circumstances. This is normal corporate fiduciary practice and it protects you as much as it protects us.
We administer. We collect and value the assets, coordinate tax filings with your tax professional, communicate with beneficiaries, keep the records, and make distributions according to the document.

We work with your advisors. We work alongside your attorney and your tax professional. We do not replace them, and we do not ask you to leave them.
