Yearly Salary: $85,000 - $150,000

We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Commercial Lender/Marketing Lead to join our team.  As a Lender, you will play a crucial role in assisting customers with their loan needs, providing exceptional financial services, and ensuring customer satisfaction.  This position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals interested in the banking industry and who possess strong customer service skills.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and process loan applications, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete and accurate.
• Provide financial guidance to customers, recommending loan products that best suit their needs.
• Collaborate with customers to explain loan terms, interest rates, and repayment options.
• Maintain knowledge of loan products, services, and industry regulations to effectively advise customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance customer loyalty and retention.
• Conduct mortgage servicing activities including loan origination in compliance with TILA regulations.

Education and Experience:

• Prior banking experience and college degree preferred.  High School diploma required.

Qualifications:

• Strong customer service skills with the ability to address customer inquires and concerns effectively.
• Possess strong written and verbal communication skills as well as excellent organizational/time management skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work with minimum supervision while performing duties.
• Proven experience in financial sales or financial services, preferably as a Loan Officer or similar role.
• Knowledge of loan processing procedures and best practices in the banking sector.
