Business Systems Analyst - Glencoe, MN or Eden Prairie, MN

Job Location: Glencoe or Eden Prairie

Position type: Full-time

Yearly Salary: $50,000 - $90,000

Security Bank & Trust Co. is looking to add a Business Systems Analyst to our Information Technology team! The Business Systems Analyst will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and implementing business processes to improve efficiency, productivity, and overall business performance.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate across multiple departments to identify areas for process improvement and lead initiatives to optimize business workflows.
Work directly with the IT Department to organize and implement the Bank's technology activities and initiatives.
Provide technological support, communication, and interpretation of information security and cybersecurity risks to Bank employees as well as researching issues as they arise.
Lead the bank’s business continuity/disaster recovery, and incident response programs, including administration and testing.

Education:

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Business Administration, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Qualifications:

This position requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to think critically and strategically, strong attention to detail, in-depth knowledge of management information systems, cybersecurity and information security risks and protocols. Other preferred qualifications include, but are not limited to, the following:

Strong technical knowledge of network security, operating systems, system administration and security protocols.
Ability to effectively communicate with the Board of Directors, Executive Leadership, Bank staff, external auditors, and regulators in written and verbal communications.
Ability to handle difficult or tense situations with diplomacy and tact.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-departmental teams.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of ethics, integrity, and confidentiality.
Promotes a professional and cooperative climate and is recognized as approachable and resourceful.
Project a businesslike professionalism in both appearance and manner.
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, Teams, and SharePoint.
