Security Bank & Trust Company is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable IT Systems & Network Administrator to oversee the Bank’s technology infrastructure and cybersecurity initiatives. This position plays a critical role in maintaining the security, integrity, and availability of the Bank’s computer network and systems. As a key member of the Information Technology team, this position will serve as both the IT Systems & Network Administrator and Cybersecurity Officer, advising executive leadership and the Board of Directors on emerging technology and cyber risk while ensuring compliance with applicable regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate and up to date inventories and lifecycles of bank equipment; including but not limited to workstations, servers, data lines, phone lines, printers, Office 365 licenses, remote access users, and security certificates. Provide recommendations on replacement, maintenance, repair or change management as needed.
- Organize, install, and support SBTC’s computer systems, including local area networks (LANs), wide area networks (WANs), network segments, intranets, and other data communication systems and software.
- Responsible for the upkeep, configuration, and reliable operation of computer systems; including workstations, servers, phones, printers, and other devices to ensure the availability of data.
- Oversee the bank’s cybersecurity strategy, identifying and mitigating potential threats, implementing security measures, monitoring networks for suspicious activity, responding to security incidents, and ensuring compliance with relevant cybersecurity regulations.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to plan, organize, and implement the Bank’s technology goals. Lead discussions at IT Committee.
- Guide the Bank’s information security program, business continuity planning, disaster recovery, and incident response strategies.
- Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive IT and security policies, procedures, and training programs.
- Maintain strong vendor relationships and coordinate efforts across departments for system improvements.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Business Administration; or equivalent experience, preferably within the banking industry.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT operations, network administration, or information security.
Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements (e.g., GLBA, FFIEC guidelines, etc.).
- Proven leadership, project management, and communication skills.
- Experience with IT governance, risk management, business continuity, and vendor management.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CCBTO, CISM, CISSP etc.) a plus.
